Returns Policy

Should you receive any item that you are not happy with, the first thing you should do is contact us. Firstly, we would like to sort out any problems over the phone or by mail.

As consumers you are entitled to return any un-opened product within 7 days of receiving it for a full refund, however return postage costs must be paid for by the customer.

Should any goods arrive faulty or damaged we will pay the return postage and replace the item(s), though please contact us first before returning any goods.
